Today I spent a good deal of the morning finishing up a couple of articles and posting them on HubPages, one of the other writing networks I write for, besides Constant Content.
I've actually created a project for the upcoming week, that I refer to as the "EXPERIMENT", because it involves doing some serious observing and analyzing of my writing and online efforts to promote my writing.
I can only say right now, I believe this little observation will prove to be productive for me as well as a good lesson in self-promotion.

Ghost Writing And Article Writing On “Spec"
Ghost writing is when you write and get paid for supplying work that will specifically be published without your byline. Writing on “spec” is when you take on an assignment, either solicited or non-solicited, and you write the article with the hope that it will be accepted for purchase by the customer. Typically, a customer will request you to write something on spec and you don't get paid until the writing is completed and the customer is content with the results.
Some websites actually provide you with a list of assignments that you can write on spec. In many cases, but not always, the customer will want to buy full rights, so they can remove the byline and modify the article as they please. This amounts to ghost writing on spec. It is, however, possible to do one without the other. That is because some spec writers only sell usage or unique rights, thus limiting what the customer can do with the writing.
